My journey at Combe Bank and Radnor House

I went to a primary school called Combe Bank which experienced a metamorphosis from Combe Bank to Radnor House.

I joined Combe Bank when I was 2 1/2 in their nursery , I leave 11 year olds. My journey at Combe Bank/ Radnor House has been very adventurous, interesting, filled with opportunities, and fun.  I have learnt so much in my time at prep school. I have had the so many opportunities, to learn an instrument, have speech and drama lessons lessons, extra swimming lessons, design my own school, experience different cultures lifestyle, learn french, design our own game and a lot more, one of my most fond memories at combe bank / radnor house has to be our amazing Olivia production, working with everyone, doing each others hair, getting each other our props , turning our classrooms into dressing rooms, it was such a enjoyable experience .  I have enjoyed my time their thoroughly, we have had a Mexico day, roman day, residential school trip to PGL and loads  more.  In 2015 we became a co – educational school, we were all a bit nervous about this but it all turned out  alright and we all became friends.

I think it was a great opportunity to experience a all girls school and a co- ed school as well, this has helped with my choice in secondary school, whether I work better in a co – ed learning environment or all girls. I have experienced small classes of 9 and big classes of 34 which I

think has also been another great opportunity. All the staff at my school are very supportive and really push us to make sure we reach our full potential. The staff are also very much emotionally supportive. I was very lucky to have been fortunate enough to have gone to Combe Bank however I am also looking forward to going to my secondary school tonbridge girls grammar school. I have been well prepared for my secondary school journey and now I look forward on embarking that journey.

I would like to thank all the staff at Combe Bank / Radnor house for making my journey so unforgettable and now I look forward to the new adventure I shall embark on in September.
